Once
you have achieved certification, you need to perform regular
internal audits to keep your certification active and ensure your
organization
remains in compliance. To
be effective,
these audits need to be performed by an independent party who does not
report
to the organization being audited. For
those organizations who choose not to maintain an internal independent
auditor,
or whose internal audit staff is overloaded, we offer our independent
internal
audit service. We
will perform an ISO 9001 internal
audit of your entire organization, or of whatever group, division, or
line of
business you desire. This
service
includes:
- Audit
review of relevant process documentation
- On
site audit of process compliance
- Documentation
of any deviations or instances of non-compliance, along with
suggestions for remediation
At
the conclusion of the ISO 9001 Internal Audit, we will provide
a report and executive presentation of our audit results, what issues
or
concerns exist if any, and suggestions for remediation if required.
