You
will review, analyze, develop and improve business processes
for
client organizations. You will need to be
analytical, self-motivated, people-oriented, and an advocate
for
change. Most of this work
will be performed at the client's facility, so signficant local and
some regional travel will be required.
Required Qualifications
- experience in process
engineering and process development
- hands-on "line" business
experience or background (experience doing, not just analyzing or
managing)
- Strong computer literacy,
expertise with MS Office incl. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Bachelor's or equivalent
required, M.B.A preferred but not required
- Excellant analytical and
problem-solving abilities
- People-oriented, a
good listener
- Strong written and oral
communication and presentation skills
